If you want to visit this place, pls visit when the weather is good. Try to avoid those birds up the tree. Dont look up with your mouth open wide surely you will catch a blessing.😂

For animal enthusiasts, don't expect too much. There are no new animals at the zoo. Mali is the only attraction as of the moment together with some lions, tigers. The animals are mostly reptiles, birds. But kids will still love it.

Our kids have personally seen again and enjoyed amazing living wild land animals without going to other far places to look for animal zoo, its a near location for all metro cities you can find. Upon strolling, Unfortunately, it's only sad because we have not seen hippopotamus existence at least one during that time (March 2018), unlike way back 2013, my daughter witnessed it. Other than that, we also go to the kids playground, and spent our fan time playing seesaw, slides, selfie with animal statues, wall climbing, zipline, family pictorial shot with the birds 🐦 and our kids pictorial with the 🐍.

Zoo! I love that! Elephants, crocodiles, tigers, and more! Entrance fee is only 100 pesos! (50 for Manila citizens) Crazily cheap given the so-many animals you can see inside! And unlike many zoos around the world it's in the urban area, you can get there just by walking if you happen to reside nearby! But don't expect first-class management for a zoo in this third-world country. Many toilets are either broken or of very poor conditions or don't have toilet papers and washing gel. There are no guide maps, you can get lost at first but it's no big deal since the zoo isn't too big. Some animals seem to have malnutrition and it's a pity.

There used to be more species of animals in the zoo. The park is so neglected and the city government doesn't seem to care. However, it still is an affordable place for Metro Manila's kids to marvel and see for real animals they only read about. There are quite a few giraffes in Calauit and zebras which can enhance the children's experience here if they only sourced from there.
