  There is something wrong with Mabuhay Cebu. I read before that someone else complained that the price kept on changing. Well, the same thing happed to me. The driver told me to pay higher price than what I was told when I made reservation. It's unfortunate. I was expecting VIP service when I rented BMW premium fleet. Mabuhay needs to clean up their operations.
