  I had my Kathnails' All Time Top Grossing a while ago @ SM North EDSA The Block. Courteous and friendly staff members, cozy ambiance, love the choices of played music. The Foot and Hand Spa are worth a repeat! Nice scrubbing creams and massage as well. Definitely, I'll come back!:)

  First visit ko dto trinay namin ng friend ko. Maganda yung lugar, malinis at mababait yung staff, the problem is hindi maganda yung quality ng nail polish.. almost a week palang ako nagpalagay ng gel polish and yet natuklap agad sya. Since lagi ako nka gel polish sanay ako n umaabot ito ng 3-4weeks ng hindi natutuklap kundi humahaba lang kuko ko kaya na dissapoint talaga ako.

  5 stars- for the Staffs. They are accommodating and nice 1 star- for nail service. I had my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Nail tech accidentally cuts my pinky finger . I gave her chance since it's an accident but that should not be the case since it Nail salon it should handle clients hand and feet with care. After 5 days my gel manicure started to chip. I called them up to inform them and they willingly do retouched for the chipped nails. But the finger with nail art was not redone (which is unfair since I paid for) After few hours one of the nails got chipped again. I called them again and asked them why and they told me that maybe I always make my hands wet. I told the front desk that every month I always had my gel polish done in different nail salon. It even took 4 weeks before it starts to chip. I told Maricel to relay it to the manager and she told me that if the manager knew about it they may charge me. WHAT? This is what made me furious. I should just have a regular polish if after 5 days it will start to chip! For my lifestyle even with regular polish it would even take 2 weeks before it came off!! Why would you even let a nail technician work with clients if they ate not fully trained! I told the Maricel that I tried there salon since its KATHNAILS! They have a name! And I think that since it is owned by Kathryn B. they will take care of their name. I was already okay for the inconvenience but I really hate it when it sounds like the front desk isn't sorry at all! I did not pay 800 pesos and 200 pesos for nail art for this kind of work! I work hard for my money so do you!
