  They are not easy to talk to. They also insist on certain things like chattel mortgage even if financing is to be done by another company. They also dont provide a welcome atmosphere. If you dont approach the one sitting in the table they will never even approach you to assist. Comparing it to other delearahips (toyota,mitsubishi,hyundai) I have been to in the last two months, I can definitely say this was my least favorite.

  Had paid reservation since January 5,2017. Until now the unit MUX has not arrived and no news. Had called Izuzu Davao to ask if there was any problem in order to fix for possible solution, the rep just took my email address and promised to get back but until now there is no news. My question was just how long it will take for me to wait? I am becoming inpatient coz I promised to give it as a gift for my mom's birthday at the end of this month. I am just wondering why my uncle could get a unit from Izuzu Manila and my friends in Bohol in just few days wherein the process of mode of payment is almost the same. Hope someone can assist me. I have my email given to the sales rep. Sorry I can't post my personal number
