  Employee 1 year: Pros: Overtime / restday overtime Decent pay Cons; No Benefits Minimum pay Boring (no talking cause may affect the production they say ) When you got error PUNISHED (they're always right). 30 min break (bitin) Managers are self centered They strict you standing until your bladder is full(many employees fly by at comfort rooms) Discrimination (hidden) Overloaded workload Gossip overload(some team leaders/employees) No promotion(kinda rare) Favoritism 1 year (5 day leave) not worth SWEATSHOP Take at your own risk How about finding a new job This is a dead end job
