  This store doesn't even deserve a 1. I ordered a dark brown Hemnes bench along with other smaller items. They tried to deliver a white Hemnes bench and would've charged me P700 for delivery of wrong item. It's a good thing the driver had the decency to text me and ask if their office had informed me that dark brown was not available. I told them not to proceed with the delivery. Now they are asking me to go all the way to QC (60 km from where I am) to process the reimbursement and pick up the rest of the items. When I told them I wanted to pick up in San Juan - they flat out told me no. So now I'm asking for full refund. Thank God for SM bringing in the real Ikea. These amateurs should go...

  There is a reason they disabled their Facebook reviews. Because I am sure there is quite a number of us having issues with them. Jan 4, I purchased Kallax and 4 dark gray Branas. I ordered thru one of their staff Era. I was with her when she personally called their warehouse to check if there are enough stock and got a confirmation that there indeed was. Jan 10, I preordered a Birch Trofast from them with 6 black tubs. 3 small 3 medium. I paid them the full amount of the preordered item as instructed, which is for Php8,990.00. The price in Ikea is $80.99, with shipping and custom duties, it is the price you expect as they declared. That was okay. The conversation was okay. Then aftersales happened. The Kallax and Branas order: There was no message whatsover that there will only be 3 Branas when they deliver. They only informed me when they arrived at my house. That's fine, even though they did assure me when I paid it was there, that's fine. My problem was this: I messaged them Jan 14. After saying they will follow up, I didn't hear back from them again. I messaged back Feb 9. They said that there's Branas arriving, but no specific date when. A week after I dropped by their store in Santolan Town Plaza, there was still no Branas. It is now Feb 22, and nothing. The Trofast order: Like I said, I preordered and as instructed, paid in full. I was clear with the colors I wanted. When you preorder, it is not stock based. So you would think there wouldnt be any problems. Wrong. I was woken up to a call today, telling me that my order of all black tubs are a combination of white and black. After weeks of hardly any update like my other order, this is the update that I get. AND the person who called me even had the gall to say this: "inuupdate ko lang po kayo ng order nyo" The F. One of the worst aftersales service. Utter lack of communication, updates, and resolution. Update: While writing this, they called me again to tell me this time it is all medium tubs. #GRRR. Also, they are now blaming Ikea. They said they have proof they ordered the right tubs. The proof is an excel file fyi. an editable excel file. Not an actual order transaction. I dont see the point of not showing that, we already know how much Ikea charges. In any case, they can shade the pricing. Show me that the error is actually Ikeas and not their error.
