  This is the first boxing gym I’ve been to that’s complete and full of nice people. There is no intimidation, no pressure, and the crowd is fun and not into themselves or anything (sorry I’m brutally frank) They also encourage women very well. Beginners this is your place. The newly built gym is first class, the owners are really nice! Thank you and I’ll bring my friends next time!

  Very non intimidating gym for all levels! Everyone is welcome. A lot of expats and locals, everyone gets along. Gym use is also free for members!

  I’ve lost motivation going to this gym. After two sessions the trainers seemed to have ignored me and no longer even speak. I don’t need you to be my friend but be a trainer at least. I need to change my Facebook review because I don’t care if the gym is old and dirty but I’m not learning anything. I’m going to start looking for a new place now.

  At first I enjoyed going to Empire. The promos were good; they used to have decent trainers. But after a while, the new trainers were bad; they showed favoritism on preferred customers/trainees (particularly girls, foreigners, and elites). As much as their price is fair and attractive, don't expect too much. Go here if you're looking for a workout that's convenient for your budget and time. Otherwise, there are better places. And yeah, they blocked me on their social media when I complained / criticized them about a bad experience. That's their customer service for someone who went to their gym from 2012-2014.
