  Very quiet hotel and nice and clean. The room I was in was hella small though. They are rated a 3 star hotel so I expected better. Had to leave very early and they said they would have breakfast and a grab car ready for me at 5am, but never happened. Ended up having to get my own taxi. The food I did order the night before might have been good if it was hot when it got to me. But, it took well over an hour and a half to get to me. But, they do have a bed and it's clean and they are close to the US Embassy, mall of Asia, and convenience stores and restaurants.

  We had our event here almost a month ago, and my colleagues and I were very satisfied with the way the coordinator and staffs complied with our requests. I really want to thank them for making the event flow smoothly. The function hall was set up early than expected so we just have to do the decors on stage and some modifications on the centerpieces. :) The food was okay, delicious enough to satisfy our taste buds. :) Looking forward to have our future events here as we found the hotel as value for money and met some of our basic expectations. My collegues and I also had an overnight stay (with different rooms) at this hotel. Rooms are great, clean and I really like the foods that were served on the breakfast buffet. If I were to give the verdict, the hotel and rooms are awesome I find it relaxing, it's very cozy and comes with a great ambiance.

  Sauber,gutes und reichliches Frühstück, wifi nicht optimal,sehr zentrale Lage, ca.P 260.- bis zum Flughafen, wir hatten zu einem Sonderpreis gebucht,aber leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster...alles in allem ok

  The hotel receptionists and the buffet receptionist staffs treats foreigners special than the local customer like us. We've noticed them prioritizing than us even that we're the first to inform we're here. Also happened in the breakfast buffet, so many people in the waiting area due to the limited restaurant space. The buffet staff said that we'll be called in order we came to the buffet area, but we noticed (also with fellow people in the queue) that some foreigners that came way later than us, still called first. The buffet area has always an empty meals that took so long to be refilled. The food are not bad but are not great either. Total disaster experience this new years day. Took check in and checking out an hour to be accommodated. Waiters and guards greets us always with a smile. Although the room & comfort room rating overall is satisfying, only their customer service satisfaction may need more improvements and pleasurable.

  Günstiges, sauberes Stadthotel mit gutem Service und freundlichem Personal. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
