It's a very nice hotel with a pool on the 32nd floor. Great view. Only small issue is the elevators are slow and there are only 3 of them. Everything else was great including the location.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and very beautiful on the inside. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing. The food and cocktails were some of the best I had on my trip. Also the views from the rooftop are amazing. I also went for a massage which was good but very expensive compared to others.

Supremely impressed. The service was top notch. No idea how I got such a nice room for so less. It literally took 17 steps to walk from my window to my bathroom in my room on the 25th floor. The views are amazing, the buffet is of great quality and again, the employees are so damn helpful and kind. My room was big, clean, and cold thanks to my AC. No charge for my guests to come to the room either. Location was awesome, too. Sleep there now! I will def return.

This was my first 5 star hotel. The hotel has 32 floors. On the roof is the pool, a dining facility and a bar. There is a fitness gym, his & her massage facilities, laundry facilities, room service, another restaurant on the 17th floor for breakfast and lunch. My room was a corner room so I had floor to ceiling glass all the way around with an amazing view of the city. Don't mistake this for the City Garden Hotel across the street. That is considered a poor man's hotel to the City Garden Grand Hotel.

I can say that this is so far one of the best hotels I've stayed in Makati. I loved how the staff are so approachable and very accommodating. There are also plenty of things to do inside and outside the hotel. The food and the ambiance was also on point. I would definitely comeback and recommend this place.
