  Complete but limited equipment. It gets crowded at times. I think they keep on partnering with many companies as an employee benefit. Good thing they have pool access.

  There's plenty of options you can do for your body goals. Weights are coated with rubber. Boxing ring, H.I.T., dance sessions, YOGA, Sauna, Steam room, locker, machines, etc.! Waived Waterfront parking, only ask for it in the information desk.

  Complete amenities but it can get crowded most of the time. Good thing we can access the pool.

  First foray into a gym in a long time and the place was nice and the locker room was clean. When I told the attendants it was my first time all they did was give me directions to the locker room. No assistance in the equipment whatsoever. Update: Asked for an exercise program on two occasions when hardly anybody was in the gym. Got zero assistance.

  Great gym located in the Waterfront Hotel. Plenty of equipment for all types of workouts. There are a variety of classes everyday and a boxing ring. Trainers are available. The price is a little high if you go month by month.
