  I read your answer on one of the reviews about not paying for the comprehensive insurance and your answer was because it was under the old dealership and not under auto velocity. In our case, we purchased our second chevy last November 13, 2017 and thus is under the new dealership which is auto velocity and same thing happened. You did not inform us that we will be the ones to pay for the comprehensive insurance. You also said that it will only take 1 week for the OR CR to come out. Unfortunately, the comprehensive insurance policy that we took out ourselves has already been delivered but we still don't have any update on the OR CR. Worst, you won't even update us and keep on giving excuses and dropping our calls. I feel I'm talking to a bunch of kindergartens who doesn't know what they're doing. Stop playing guys! It doesn't hurt to be honest and conscientious!

  Dont buy your car in this branch they dont pay your free comprehensive car insurance. I filed a complaint at DTI we have a mediation next week. They point fingers on everyone to buy time and give you lame excuses studpid people works here and liars!
