  "DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT CUSTOMER's TIME" I don't even think they deserve a rating of 1 it should be -1. We bought items and paid in full plus delivery fees. They made a commitment thay they can deliver around 2pm to 3pm. I even called around 12 noon to advise them that we still have other things to do and we will wait 2pm. The lady said they are still eating and they are waiting for the truck. After waiting for hours we cannot contact them anymore. It was around 4:30pm when we decided to visit their store. The owner was there and we found out that he was saving fuel and wanted all deliveries in one truck. We wasted our 4 hours, instead of making our day productive it was just wasted because this store cannot keep their commitment to deliver on time. Why save fuel if we paid them delivery fees? The lady was even angry at us when we checked them in the store. I hope you would not do the same thing to other customers. Please learn to respect people's time. You should have at least advise that the owner does not want to spend extra bucks for the fuel and will not be able to deliver on time. We did not get our money's worth. This is so frustrating. What a bad customer service!!!
